Earthdance

getting to Earthdance and back was not exactly the easiest thing in the world, but it was worth it. it seemed that Griffin, Rachel and myself were cursed every car we went in having some sort of problem. We left Murdoch station at about 2pm and set off with owen, Rachel and Griffin in the car. about maybe 2 hours out of midland the car started slowing down and income the smell of burning clutch. we had burnt out our clutch in the middle of nowhere with no reception. luckly we made it to a tiny town and took the car to an RAC place. Griffin, Rachel and myself waited on the side of the road trying to flag down doofers on there way to earthdance. about an hour later jiggles and sally drove past and stopped and picked us up. Sally and jiggles were in a convoy of a bunch of cars. everything was going fine until something flicked up and put a whole in the car window of the car that was infront of us. after getting lost for a little while we finally made it to earthdance were i had the most amazing time i have every had in my life. the first night was fun i set up my tent and Griffin, My sister and i all sat in there gurned and was incrediably warm and comfatable. in the morning we went exploring seeing poeple that we hadnt seen during the night.
it was good to see people i hadnt seen in a while and catch up. saturday was incredibaly hot and i got a little paranoid and flipped out so i hid in my tent till it cooled down and cat dragged me out of my tent ^^ Saturday night was the most amazing night i had ever had
Griffin and i found a new love for passion pop! it was amazing we got pretty drunk and spent the entire night laughing, dancing and falling over till it hurt.
This is the night that made me decide i am very at home at doofs
i would not call myslef a raver anymore its just not who i am. sunday moring was nice we finished off the boose went for a dance then hid in the shade. at about 12 it got very hot so we decided to pack up and leave. during the weekend owen had got a lift to pick up his other car from perth. when we hit the poilice checkpoint we descovered that owen had brought an unrejestered car! so the cops being douchebags confiscated the car. we walked back to earthdance. by this point i was sick and tiered and sore so i was not a happy chappy.
we found a lift after a little searching and left soon after. the cops were being losers and just soo mean. the passenger had a can of bunderburg or something and got a fine for street drinking, griffin was putting on his seatbelt when the cop charges the driver with having a passenger with no seatbelt. the other cars that were with us either got yellow stickered or fined.
we got about 40 min away from earthdance and you will never geuss what!
our car broke down something went wrong with the suspention and wheel or something. all i know is the car wasnt going anywhere. after about another 3 or 4 hours or something i convinced on the the other drivers to give me griifin and rachel a lift to the nearest town.
when we got to the tiny town we used the only payphone in town to call my mother. a couple ours later she arrived to pick us up thankgod! she did get a little lost and wouldnt let me sleep but eventually we got to midland station where i realise my tent is still in the car without a wheel. =[ when i get on the train griifin and rachel stay at the statoin cuz they r gettign picked up. by this point im beyond tierd and a little grumpy so when people on the train give me dirty looks and make silly comments i get very mad.
overall earthdance was the most wonderfull weekend of my life! there was such a good vibe with peace and love everywhere. i met so many amaing people and got to know a few people who i hadnt really spoken to before. looking forward so much for the next doof and next years earthdance. hopefully by then i will have my own licence and car.
